• Early Childhood Centre: Parents must notify their teacher by emailing or calling 604-985-7435 and then dialling the extension for the classroom.
  • Grade School and High School:
    • Absences: Grade school – call or email (604-985-7435 x 421, reception@vws.ca). High school – call or email (604-986-2922, highschool@vws.ca).
    • Late Arrivals: Students must report to Reception before proceeding to class. Grade school students must pick up a late slip to give to their teacher.
    • Early Dismissals: Students must report to Reception before leaving the campus. Parents must notify both Reception and the class teacher/advisor in advance by sending a note, email, or voicemail.
  • Extended Absences: For absences of three or more days, contact the Principal at principal@vws.ca.
