Employment Opportunites

Become a Waldorf teacher by applying for any of our open positions. The Vancouver Waldorf School was established in 1971 and offers an academic, artistic and practical education for children from early childhood through to graduation. As a Waldorf school, we provide a unique education based on an understanding of the human being and child development out of the foundational pedagogical research developed by Rudolf Steiner. Further to this, our programs of study meet the British Columbia Ministry of Education’s expected learning goals and outcomes.

Situated over two campuses (Lynn Valley and Edgemont) on the unceded ancestral territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, the Vancouver Waldorf School serves between 250 – 300 students and employs over 50 teachers, administrators, and support staff.
