Decolonizing Curriculum: Inner Work, Outer Work with Alma Partners

Workshop description:

In this workshop, we will explore how to decolonize curriculum. Starting with self-reflection, we will look at diverse ways of knowing and the role of power in the classroom, our schools, and society. The second half of the workshop will be a hands-on process of working with your own curriculum using the Alma Partners Decolonizing Curriculum Checklist and Curriculum Map. Please bring paper and a pencil (coloured pencils encouraged) to this workshop.
