Note: For Parent & Tot registration, please return to the admissions overview page for instructions.

1 Complete Application Form

Complete a separate application form online through our student registration system, Ravenna, using the button below for each child in your family. Instructions are provided.

For applications to our high school, in addition to the application form, please have your child complete one of the following forms:

2 Pay Admission Fee

A non-refundable admission fee of $250 per student ($400 for international students) is required for all new applicants.

We will review your application once the payment is received and processed. The admission fee is required to be placed in the wait pool.

3 Supplemental Materials

Upload the following documentation or deliver it to the Grade School, attention ‘Admissions Office’.

  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • K-12 report cards for the past two years
  • Copies of any educational or medical assessments and IEPs
  • Additional high school forms

Assessment & Decision

Once we have received your application form, application fee, and all supplemental materials, we will review your application. Please allow up to six weeks processing time.

The following assessment may include any of the following:

  • scheduling a classroom visit
  • meeting with the appropriate class teacher/advisor for a grade-specific conversation
  • working with the Care Group to determine if we are able to meet your child’s needs if they have an IEP or educational or medical assessment

Once the assessment is complete, we will notify you of the final admissions decision and discuss the next steps for enrollment, which include completing additional forms, reviewing volunteer and fundraising commitments, and signing a tuition agreement.
