Annual Fund

The Annual Giving campaign is a yearly appeal to the Vancouver Waldorf School community – including parents, alumni, alumni parents, faculty, staff, and friends – to raise essential funds that bridge the gap between tuition revenue and operating expenses.

Our current Waldorf community benefits immensely thanks to the vision, courage, and dedication of our founding families and past supporters. Today, the future of the Vancouver Waldorf School is shaped by the generosity of our current families and friends.

Why Give to the Annual Fund?

Contributions to the Annual Fund have an immediate impact on our classrooms, transforming “it would be nice to have” into “we are doing this.” This vital support fuels the distinctive Waldorf experience that attracts families and fulfills our community’s expectations.

The Annual Fund is sustained through individual gifts or yearly pledges, which can be made as tributes to honour or celebrate special people in your life. This approach allows families and community members to budget and plan their annual gifts effectively.

We invite all members of our community to give according to their means, so that, like those who came before us, we can continue nurturing exceptional individuals who will contribute to a better world.

Direct Your Contributions

Your donations can be directed to any of our current priorities or to a specific program, project, or area meaningful to you and your family. Every gift, large or small, makes a positive impact.

A Culture of Giving

Rudolf Steiner named the economic realm as a space of brotherhood and sisterhood – reflecting the importance of community. Your support helps cultivate socially responsible and community-minded graduates. Your contributions – whether financial gifts, volunteer time, or in-kind donations – help sustain our mission and set an example of commitment, respect, and kindness.

Thank you for your generosity and for playing an essential role in the continued success of Vancouver Waldorf School.
