Choosing the right school is one of the most significant decisions you will make for your child and your family. Whether you are new to Waldorf education or considering a transfer from another Waldorf school, we are here to support you in making the best choice for your child’s education.

Our admissions process is designed to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about enrolling your children at the Vancvouer Waldorf School. We have a rolling admissions policy and accept students throughout the year based on availability. Follow the steps below to discover how your family can become part of our vibrant school community.

For K-12 and Preschool Enrollment

Step 1

Learn about our school to make an informed decision. Search the website, read our FAQ, or attend an information session.

Step 2

Now that you know about us, we want to learn about you. Submit an inquiry form to initiate a conversation between your family and our admission office.

Step 3

Complete an admission application. Be sure to include the application form, fee, and all supplemental documentation.

Assessment & Decision

After we receive your completed application, our admissions team and relevant faculty members will thoroughly review all the information you have provided. This process may take up to six weeks, so do not delay in submitting your application.

Once the assessment is complete, we will notify you of the final admissions decision and discuss the next steps for enrollment.

Register now through the Parent Portal and our Admissions Team will reach out to confirm class availability and arrange payments.
